Objectives:

? Secure company legal position, according to banking industry regulatory request and Chinese laws.

? Handle the legal issues.

? Strong support in new business development.

Job responsibilities:

Legal area: (~60% time allocation) 

? Draft, review and negotiate legal documents, contracts/agreements, etc.

? To support new projects from legal perspective, i.e. business models, products, SP, ABS, Co-lending, etc.

? Provide legal opinion and recommendation and call for MC attention in terms of possible legal risk.

? Liaison with external lawyer and assist in legal court cases.

? Contract management. (Original contracts keeping and management, etc.) 

? 起草、审查法律文件，包括但不限于合同/协议等，以及参与商务谈判等。 

?从法律角度支持新项目的开展，如新的商业模式，新产品，SP业务，ABS（信贷资产证券化）以及联合贷款等。

?提供法律意见和建议，并向公司管理委员会就可能存在的法律风险进行提示。

?与外部律师联络并协助法律诉讼。

?合同管理（合同原件的保存和管理等）。

Shareholder relationship (~20% time allocation)

? Manage Shareholder Resolution, Board resolution, etc.

? BOD related issues.

?负责股东决议，董事会决议的起草等事项。

? 其他董事会相关工作。

Government relationship (~10% time allocation)

? Company certificates management (original certificates keeping, annual review, and company certifi-cate replacement in AIC or other government body).

公司证照管理（证照原件保管，证照年审以及在市场监管局或其他政府机构中的公司证照的更新）。

Job requirements and competencies:

? Solid working experience in banking industry, Auto Finance experience is preferred.

? Solid knowledge in banking industry and related regulations and laws, with strong business acumen.

? 5y+ related working experiences. Experience of law firm is a plus.

? Good command of spoken and written English.

? Good interpersonal skills and open communication style.

? Independent working style with fast responds ability.

? Bachelor degree from leading universities, in law or related fields. Master degree is preferred.

? Chinese Bar Certificate is a plus.

? Open minded, cheerful team player, self-motivated and keep learning.

?对银行业及相关法规有扎实的知识，并具有较强的商业逻辑思维。

? 5年以上相关工作经验。 有律师事务所经验者优先。

?良好的英语听说读写能力。

?独立的工作作风，快速反应能力。

?拥有法律或相关领域领先大学的学士学位。 硕士优先。

?中国律师资格证书优先。
