Overall Job Purpose主要工作职责:

    

To perform all duties of the repairing and maintenance in the School as assigned by his supervisor in accordance with the departmental standards.

    

              在符合部门工作标准的前提下，执行指派的学校内维护、保养工作。

    

 

    

Job Description 职位描述:

1. To inspect, clean, maintain, and repair all electrical switchgear and distribution facilities, can operate and maintain 10kv system and deal with the emergency problem of the converter room.

        

                      检查、清洁、保养和维修所有配电设施，能够运行及维护10kv变电站，

    

                 并能够处理变电室的突发故障。

1. To maintain and repair electrical appliances including the household appliances.

        

                      维护和保养电气装置，包括冰箱洗衣机微波炉等家用电器。

1. To inspect, clean, maintain, and repair all electrical lighting fixtures, floodlighting, neon signs, and emergency lighting installations including the emergency lighting system.

        

                 检查、清洁、保养和维护所有照明装置,包括应急电源系统。

1. To carry out preventive maintenance tasks on all electrical equipment.

        

     执行所有电气设备的预防性保养任务。

1. Facility equipment such us chiller and boiler’s operating and maintenance task.

3. To be thoroughly familiar with all regulations regarding safety at work and observe these meticulously at all times.

                

                     在工作中随时都谨慎遵守工作安全规章。

1. To observe cleanliness at the place of work and on the job after completion of work.

        

                 工作完成后，保持工作现场的卫生。

1. To ensure cleanliness of appearance and uniform, particularly when working in guest areas.

        

                     保持良好的个人仪表和个人卫生，特别当工作在一线地区。

    

    

Qualification 任职资格:

    

1.                   Major in electricity are preferred

    

电力技术专业毕业者优。

    

2.                   At least two years working experience in relating area.

    

工程部电力系统至少2年工作经验。

    

3.                   High and Low pressure certificate and net certificate.

    

具备电工操作证（高、低压）入网证。

    

4.                   Boiler and A/C operation certificate are preferred．

    

有锅炉操作证，制冷证优先。

    

5.                   Team-working, patience and interest in learning new technologies.

    

具有团队精神，有耐心，愿意接受新知识。
