Responsibilities

• Regular planned visits to strategic and core suppliers for standardized operational assessments and alignment with senior supplier leadership.
• Utilize visual controls and balanced scorecards with strategic and core suppliers to drive control and identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive resolution and deliver effective stakeholder management to mitigate supply disruptions aligned with situational roles & responsibilities standards.
• Collaborate with the Social Responsibility and Regulatory teams to develop and execute annual supplier audit plans and drive timely & effective corrective actions with suppliers
• Lead engagements with suppliers to identify and activate manufacturing reliability improvement programs focused on speed, waste, and delay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management
• 10+ years combined experience within supply chain operational functions (i.e., manufacturing, logistics, engineering, planning, or procurement/sourcing)
• Lean 6-sigma working knowledge with validated projects demonstrating competency
