Responsibilities:

1. Extract typical characteristics from internal color formula database and develop the responding parameters utilizing machine learning algorithm to mitigate manual intervention

1.1 Collect and analyze color formulas from selected applications to address a sophisticated database layered in the manner of machine learning

1.2 Work closely with external research resource to investigate internal database and create/refine typical parameters

1.3 Proactively work with internal resource to integrate color measurement into new parameter digitalization to improve accuracy and efficiency of color expression

2. Lead the cooperation with external research resources for color formulation software and system development

2.1 Conduct in-depth research on traditional methods and latest technology

2.2 Guide IT team to embed color matching concept and machine learning algorithm for software development

2.3 Support joint party in concept input and software evaluation in an interactive way

3. Drive the execution of automatic color matching to group business

3.1 Identify opportunities for effective use of technology, and demonstrate the ability to implement and support those opportunities

3.2 Develop application and drive implementation with technical, opearation, business teams

3.3 Provide ontime and onsite color software and hardware support, and color matching support to drive system launch

3.4 Contribute to the successful creation, deployment, training, and support of all customer facing color solution

4. QHSE

Requirements:

1、Master or Ph.D degree of Science or Engineering. Perferably in Chemistry, Polymer, Engineering, Physics and Mathematics.

2、 0~5 years in the field of color science or color technology. Chemical background with theoretical computation or computer coding is preferred. 

3、 Good knowledge in understanding physics and mathematics. 

4.  Knowledge, coding or computation in machine learning or artificial intelligence is a plus. 

5. Knowledge of computer networking terms and methods."

6、Effective analytical abilities and technical skills to isolate problems, fix immediate needs and offer long term solutions based on root cause analysis 

7、Ability to lead projects independently and good oral English.
