Responsibility:
1. Manage processing trade handbook. Ensure customs handbook is registered / updated in due course to secure material import & FG export without impact. Work with internal partners to improve bonded production management.
有加工贸易电子手册及电子帐册管理经验。
2. Run handbook reconciliation between ERP inve
ntory with customs inventory. Work with internal business partners to review reconciliation result, set action plan and follow up.
熟悉ERP系统。
3. Work with government authorities (Customs, Trade & Industrial Bureau, ect) on handbooks verification and ensure handbooks closure on time under compliance.
有海关，商检，手册核销等工作经验。
4. Compile customs export /export declaration documents (formal contract/invoice/packing list etc).
熟悉进出口文件。
5. Analyze duty free programs periodically and help business to reduce cost to their lowest and lawful amounts.
分析并提出在加工贸易流程中降低公司成本的方案
6. Handle other trade of import/export declaration as demand.
其他进出口报关工作需要。

Job Qualification:
· 3 years and above experience with customs operation
三年报关工作经验
· Hands on experience of managing duty free programs (handbook) with local Government authorities
有石家庄海关加工贸易工作经验为佳
· A good understanding of the duty free laws of customs.
了解海关相关政策
· Prefer English reading & Writing skill
英语读写能力
. Manufacturing experience.
生产性企业工作经验
· Experience with PC software (MS Office, Excel, Word, etc) and ERP.
电脑操作熟练
有报关员证。大专以上。最好国际贸易，经济，管理等相关专业。
