职位描述
Job Title: Admin Manager
Report to: HR VP
Responsibilities:
· Office Operations
1. Office room maintenance
2. Office supplies such as stationery, drinking water etc;
3. Mail receiving and dispatching service (mailroom, courier service);
4. Office renovation and relocation
5. Support internal and external visits according to department assistants’ requirements, such as meeting room set-up, ground transport coordination, to ensure the best use of company car resources;
6. Supervise and monitor Ayi and Security Guards’ daily work
· Car & driver management
1. Coordinate leasing contract execution and renewal;
2. Monitor Avis’ service quality and handle complaints;
3. Manage driver’s performance and utilization;
4. Assign parking lots
5. Check Avis monthly bill and arrangement payments
6. Check and monitor drivers’ monthly work records
· Expense management
1. Develop annual admin budget;
2. Track and monitor office expenses;
3. Check and submit office travel expenses (AMEX) on monthly basis
4. Analyze and control office expenditures effectively
· Assist HR department on
1. Employee working space allocation and coordination;
2. Admin support for on-board and exit procedure ;
3. Office access card management and record filing;
4. Employee birthday party arrangement each month
5. Support EHS from admin side to meet company’s safety guidelines and policies such as regular fire drill and replacement of fire-fighter equipment.

Annual party support and coordination
Qualification:
1. Good command of English, good oral English is a must
2. Ability to plan, prioritize and manage time, attention to detail
3. Ability to work under pressure and capacity to handle multiple task at same time
4. Rapidly solve problems
5. Desired personality: energetic and proactive attitude, good team player, strong
6. Communication skills and customer service mindset
7. Sense of responsibility and professional behaviors
8. Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders in matrix organizations.
9. Experienced working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to manage ambiguity.
10. Expert knowledge of China employment law and all regulatory and compliance requirements.
