Job Description:    

• Lead AP team to operate daily transaction

• Monitor AP closing activities, including IC, VAT and bank reconciliation

• Overall in charge of AP aging reporting and GRNI reporting

• Perform monthly account reconciliation and follow up with open items

• Monitor 3rd party vendor reconciliation process routinely

• Ensure SOX compliance in daily operation

           

  Qualification:    

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related major  

• 6+ years Finance or Accounting experience in a multi-national environment

• 2+ years of experience leading teams

• Written and verbal English fluency

• Prefer experience working with shared services environment

• QAD system knowledge
