Accountabilities

Brand management

Implement, manage and maintain brand guidance and compliance across the organisations footprint - Lead centrally-managed corporate brand projects.

Work with various internal stakeholders to ensure there is a high level of internal awareness of and engagement with the brand.

Internal communications - Work with supports functions and business units to develop company-wide communications plan, and translate group communication plans to local execution plan; from message development, to timing, to execution and review. Develop and lead programs that communicate the company’s business objectives, culture and values to its employees and to external audiences. Establish, manage and monitor internal communication channels; guarantees timely updates and maintenance, including but not limited to digital channels and internal events…

Public communications Develop and maintain media relationship; work closely with media partners to deliver an agreed programme of editorial concepts that are agreed and mapped out across the year on a commercial basis Research, put forward and implement innovative and proactive PR initiatives to support the business Manage the online digital platforms - including social media, websites, linkedin…with a wellplanned, consistent and brand aligned pipeline. - Work with media monitoring agency on crisis alerts and assist superior on crisis communications.

Team Management - Monitors and directs subordinate with daily work.

Trains team members regularly in order to improve work efficiency.

Ensures the understanding and implementation of Sodexo’s philosophy, core values and ethical principles among teammembers.

Excellent Chinese writing skills 出色的中文撰写能

Skills, Knowledge and Experience 能力，知识及相关经验 Essential 必备条件

Education Background 教育背景

Bachelor degree or above 本科或以上学历

Working Experience 工作经验

4 years or above working experience in Communication or Marketing 4 年以上交流与宣传或市场营销领域工作经验

2 years or above working experience in managerial positions 2 年以上的岗位管理经验 General skills 通用技能

Good service spirit and team spirit 良好的服务和团队意识

Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills 良好的人际关系和沟通能力 - Resilience and adaptability 承受压力及适应能力
