Requirements

    

·         Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

    

·         Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

    

·         Negotiate and finalize contracts

    

·         Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

    

·         Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

    

·         Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

    

·         Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales target

    

·         Forecast and track key account metrics (Revenue, Resource forecast)

    

·         Prepare reports on account status

    

·         Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within account

    

·         Closely working with Delivery Head to ensuring the delivery KPIs are met

    

·         Identifying areas of proactive proposals to customer and work with Delivery team to support such proposals

    

Requirements

    

·         Proven Experience of Managing large teams, stakeholder management,

    

·         Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

    

·         Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

    

·         Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

    

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

TCS pioneered the entry of Indian IT industry in China in 2002 and remains at the forefront of that thrust. TCS is the first WOFE (wholly-owned foreign enterprise) in China and now operates 6 Global Delivery centers (GDCs) --Beijing, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Dalian.
