Responsibilities:
主要职责
? Partner with the hiring managers and Human Resources Managers of AJV to develop and execute strategic recruiting plans for sourcing qualified diverse candidates’ positions in a timely and cost effective manner;
与直接经理和人力资源经理合作,制定/执行合资公司的招聘战略,以便于及时有效地寻找到合适的候选人,并有效地控制招聘成本;
? Partner with human resources manager to develop hiring policies, procedures, tools and ensure the implementation;
与人力资源经理一起制定招聘计划、流程及招聘工具,并确保其顺利实施;
? Provide full recruiting service to the hiring managers including sourcing and screening candidates, interviewing and assessing candidates, and offer negotiation, etc;
提供全面的招聘服务,包括寻找和筛选候选人、面试和评估候选人,薪酬讨论等;
? To evaluate and select vendors to provide high quality support in hiring incl. regular review the performance of vendors, terms and conditions negotiations, ensure timely payment etc.

? Partner with Human Resources Manager to monitor performance management on managers and employees, lead annual performance review;

? Partner with Human Resources manager to design training policies, procedures etc. and ensure the implementation;
与人力资源经理一起,制定培训政策及流程,并确保其实施;
? Partner with Business Managers and Human Resources Manager to design training plan and training calendar for AJV based on the training requests of various departments/functions, ensure the alignment with business strategy, and control training budget;
与业务经理和人力资源经理一起,根据各部门的培训需求,制定培训计划, 及年度培训日程,确保其与公司发展战略一致,并控制成本;
? To monitor the implementation of training plan incl. regular training analysis, training evaluation etc;
监督培训计划的实施,包括定期的培训分析、培训结果考核等;
? To develop and deliver basic courses to AJV employees such as NEO, time management etc;
开发并提供基本培训课程的培训,如新员工上岗培训、时间管理等;
? To select proper training providers and trainers, and provide necessary coordination and support during the training when needed;
选择合适的培训服务供应商和培训师,并在培训过程中提供必要的协调与支持;
? To establish training profile for AJV employees;
建立员工培训档案;
? Participate in or lead other recruiting, training or HR projects when needed;
必要时参与或领导招聘、培训或其他HR项目;

Requirement:
人员要求
? Bachelor’s degree or above;
大学本科或以上学历;
? Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, preferably 3 years in MNC;
至少5年以上相关工作经验,3年以上跨国公司工作经验优先;
? Strong interview skills, familiar with related hiring tools, interview models;
面试技巧强,熟悉相关的招聘工具和面试模块;
? Strong presentation skills, a good facilitator, idealistically has network with training vendors;
具备较强的演讲能力,善于推动培训,最好有良好的培训商资源;
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with people at all level of organization;
较强的人际沟通能力,能与组织中不同层级的人员共事;
? Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in fast-paced and constantly changing environment;
能独立完成工作,积极主动,并能在快节奏和不断变化的环境下有效的完成工作;
? Strong customer service focus and great team player;
客户服务意识强,良好的团队精神;
? Good command of written and spoken English;
良好的英文写作和口头交流能力;
