Primary Responsibilities主要职责:
* Design the firmware architecture ensuring integrity throughout the product line;

* Maintain firmware quality through development process improvement, tools, coding standards, design reviews, coaching and compliance monitoring;
通过研发改进、使用工具、设计评审、编码及编译检测环节保证固件质量;
* Provide progressive firmware implementation effort estimates and risk assessments;
提供渐进的固件实施评估和风险评估策略;
* Write project firmware design specifications and contribute to system level designs ;
编写项目固件设计规范并对系统设计提出建议;
* Participate in project plan definition and meet schedule commitments;
参与项目计划制定并满足项目进度要求;
* Coordinate with the hardware, software and application and test teams;
配合硬件、软件、应用及测试团队的工作;
* Identify opportunities for product quality, performance and feature enhancements;

Qualifications Required 人员要求:
* 5 years of embedded firmware development experience;
5年嵌入式固件开发的经验;
* Experience producing commercial-quality firmware for critical applications;

* Experience with system design and multi-processor, real-time, multi-tasking systems;

* Effective written and oral communication skills;
