Role Summary/Purpose

Have direct management of the care area managers and will help coordinate the activities of the Product Sales Specialists and/or Service Sales Specialists to bring maximum business results and NPS


Essential Responsibilities

• Achieve LCS equipment sales objectives: orders, revenue, and contribution margin, together with service sales revenue, customer satisfaction & retention while staying within allocated base cost budget. • In conjunction with account management team, actively identify & drive boundaryless selling opportunities within the region. Promote Service offerings, identify and escalate commercial service needs. Manage within the organization matrix to optimize the coordination and use of company, region resources. • Participate in the creation of the annual sales plan and forecast and execute plans to meet it through strategic account planning. • Develop & implement account management strategy for the region. Set sales targets for the Account Execute and/or Account Managers within the region. • Attract, retain and develop world-class commercial talents. • Facilitate effective communication & trustful collaboration within the region and drive Region operating mechanisms. • Understand and analyze market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities in the region. Provide ongoing feedback to management, modalities and marketing. • Know Key Opinion Leaders in care areas; manage professional relations with government & administrative bodies in region. • In cooperation with modality and marketing teams, drive LCS marketing events in assigned region. • Follow GE policies, procedures and operating mechanisms. Ensure knowledge of compliance of integrity and company policies. • Support digitization efforts through the implementation & routine usage of business planning, forecasting tools.


Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above education level• 10+ years’ experience in Business Management or Sales / Marketing OR equivalent years of experience in progressive leadership positions within the Healthcare industry with in-depth knowledge of healthcare market. • 5+ years experience closing large, complex, strategic deals.• Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills including business plan development.• Deep knowledge of GEHC and the products and services offered. • Exemplary people management, leadership skills, as well as sales coaching & team building skills.• Strong business acumen; financial and organizational skills.• Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills.• High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers in a way that produces understanding and impact that builds effective strategic relationships. • Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization.• Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward-thinking and customer-first attitude.
