Primary Responsibilities主要职责:
？ Understanding of China EHS regulatory requirements;
了解中国EHS相关的法规要求；
？ Implementing GE’s EHS policies & procedures for daily operations in the AJV;
将GE的EHS政策及流程贯彻到合资公司的日常运营中
？ Develop reporting scorecard of EHS performance for AJV partners regarding conformance to China EHS regulatory compliance;
建立EHS报告系统，以跟踪合资公司的EHS管理是否符合中国相关法规的规定；
？ Train and develop part-time EHS coordinators within the AJV operations to promote a healthy & safe workplace;
在合资公司培训和发展EHS兼职协调员，倡导健康、安全的工作环境；
？ Develop waste reduction/elimination program;
建立废物减少/清除系统；
？ Participate on GE China EHS Council conference calls/meetings.
参加GE中国EHS委员会会议
Qualifications Required 人员要求:
？ Bachelor degree major in Environment or Safety engineering or Industrial Hygiene;
大学或以上学历，环境或安全工程或工业卫生专业；
？ 4 year’s technical degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene or Safety Engineering;
4年在环境工程、工业卫生或安全工程方面的工作经验；
？ 2+ years’ experience in EHS leadership role;
2年以上EHS管理经验
？ Proficient with China EHS regulations
熟悉中国的EHS规章制度及法规
？ Communicate in English (written & spoken)
良好英语沟通能力（口头交流及读写）
