• Oversee the credit risk management and strategies in support of the various business areas in China, including but not limited to projects business, direct sales and distributor sales.
• Continually drive credit control in operation procedure, provide quick and valuable credit advice in daily operation by using independent judgment requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors. 
• Evaluate credit applications/reviews complied with credit principles and the group’s credit guidelines in a consistent manner. 
• Review and address the root cause on accounts impacted by order blocking as a result of payment  habits issues and credit limit or payment term. 
• Take proper actions for blocked sales orders in daily operation. 
• Update collection follow up actions. Identify high risk situations and communicate to management so action can be taken timely and avert the risk. 
• Build strong customer relationships with internal customers and stakeholders such as Channel, Sales and Customer service, to enable smooth processes and performance. 
• Building relationships and meet with external customers according to business requirement. To understand customers status and development,  esp. some key customers and dealers.
• Strengthen business communication & internal control on credit policy & procedure, provide internal credit management training to sales teams.
• Leads the team to ensure the issuance of monthly and quarterly reports or ad hoc reports, check and review key AR milestone input and strengthen AR reporting reliability; 
• Provide closely and timely cash projection according to business development.
• Develop team to support China business expansion.     

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or Economic; 
• Minimum 6-8 years' relevant hands-on credit control experience in financial function in multinational company, including over 3 years' financial management experiences on credit control
• Have hands-on experiences in SAP and credit control system 
• High standard of business ethics and business acumen
• Credit experiences with a large diverse customer base, broad knowledge of various business models across a multitude of industries analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative analysis); 
• Savvy, detail oriented and performs well under pressure. 
• Excellent interpersonal, communicational and negotiation skill
• Ability to work systematically, prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines; 
• Ability to balance risk exposure and meet business requirements; 
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially EXCEL and PPT.
