Job Responsibilities

  

1. Monitor quality performance and collect quality data to finish quality report;

2. Handle customer quality issue and feedback 8D report to customer;

3. Handle internal quality issue and coordinate relative department to make corrections;

4. Implement internal system audit, process audit and product audit;

5. Draw up the instructions of inspection and Gauge, and maintain control plan;

6. Train inspectors according to inspection instruction and relative quality standard;

7. Finish other tasks assigned by Dept. Manager.

              

 

  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  

1. Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering or Automotive;

2. At least three years’ experience in Pross Quality Control;

3. Excellent written and spoken English skills;

4. Knowledgeable in IATF 16949, and expertise in internal audit;

5. Knowledgeable in Quality Five Tools;

6. Good communication skill;

7. Knowledgeable in manufacturing processes, especially Press &Welding process;

8. Knowledgeable in GD&T and understand the drawing well.
