临床监查员 (CRA / Senior CRA) - ICON Core/In-House Team

ICON临床监查员职责主要是负责所承担临床试验项目的具体实施和监察工作，确保项目按照国家GCP要求、试验方案和公司标准操作程序进行，做好全过程的质量控制 但不限于一下的职责:

• Working on a number of important studies across phase 1, 2 and 3
• Involved in activities ranging from set-up, monitoring through to close-out
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with SOP, ICH-GCP, local and global laws, regulations and guidelines
• Ensure all business is conducted professionally in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Liaise with internal and external parties
• Act in a lead role on a study assuming additional responsibilities as detailed/documented by the Project Manager if appropriate
• Participate in training and mentoring new staff up to Clinical Research Associate level as appopriate.

任职要求：

• Bachelor degree in science or medical required
• MUST have at least 1-2 years monitoring experience
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Good multitasking, time management and prioritization skills
• Proactive approach and ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
• Demonstrate professionalism, commitment and passion
