职位描述

Responsibility:

l Responsible for supporting on Membership Online Operation;

- Responsible for Membership related online promotions & capaign’s proposal .

- Complete Membership related online promotions and campaigns’ system setting up.

l Responsible for coordinating with IT, Supply Chain & Vendors consummate whole system links.

- Work with IT & vendors to ensure all membership promotions & campaigns implementation;

- Assist completing function opitimazation and system testing.

- Coordinate with cross functions closely and keep a good relationship with cross functions.

l Responsible for Distribution Center Opeartion.

- In charge of the daily operation of DC.

- Responsible for inventory management of DC

l Responsible for E- Commerce after-sales.

- Assist to make related regulations.

- Close monitor daily performance, provide proper solution and support to related business / functions.

- Prepare summarized issue analysis and presentation for manager.

l Support customer care team build-up;

l Support all kinds of other activities if needed.

Requirement:

Education:

l Bachelor degree or above with major in relevant majoys.

Experience:

l At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in E-Commerce / Operation / Retail industry.

Skills and Competencies:

l Strong ownership and self-motivated.

l Good in written and spoken English and Mandarine.

l Be willing to travel.

l Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel and PPT;

l Team work player, willing to work under pressure;

l Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
