City Director
Job Description
Be responsible for the full operation of the centers.
To manage and drive sales team to hit revenue target .
To manage the sales team to make sure conduct professional consulting services, and continuously improve sales efficiency to maximize revenue potential of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Management
Manage all day to day activity in the center; ensure efficient operation of the center
Staff development, recruitment, performance & salary reviews
Communication with management, staff and other necessary colleagues
Sales
Manage a sales team to achieve short term and long term sales growth.
Develop and execute sales plan and achieve target sales goals and beyond
Generate leads through creative and cost effective ways
Utilize CRM systems to optimize the sales team performance
Marketing
Drive local marketing and advertising, and understand competitive positioning
Participate in and attend marketing events such as Education Fairs, Information Meetings, etc
Position and further develop the compay abroad programs to 16+ year old students and adults
Operation
Ensure efficient operation of the centers.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor degree or above, overseas background is preferred.
Candidate Background:
10 years working experience and at least 5 years on B2C retail sales management.
At least 3 years experience in a management position
Experience of training, consulting or related areas.
International study or working background is highly appreciated
Personal skills:
Strong leadership capabilities, able to manage a sales team
Business and sales driven .Goal and results oriented.
Passion for challenges
Deep understanding of Chinese culture and its interpersonal dynamics
Creative, lively and dynamic with an entrepreneurial spirit
Open minded, flexible, multicultural taste and wanting to grow a career in a unique multicultural company
Self-motivated and able to solve business challenges and provide solutions with minimal supervision
Be comfortable with proposing ideas, and able to follow up the ideas with plans and actions
Diplomacy to interact with different parts of the organization and customers
Very hands on and wanting to get involved, especially when supporting the team members or handling customers himself. Whatever it takes to get the job done.
Language skills:
Fluency in English and Chinese
