- Business Unit/Function: IT

- Location: Beijing

Deliver specialized support to the markets for sustain, deployment, retirement and and leverage/improvement cross streams/Function Teams projects to satisfy agreed business requirements. Active participation in any relevant networks in order to understand the market and FICO functional end to end solution requirements.

- Implement and maintain the management information systems (GLOBE GT & required local applications) in specific business area. Ensure compliance with GCR business needs

- Ensure applications are compliance according to standards in specific business area

- Continue to maintain an adequate operational processes to meet and adapt to the business needs of GCR and the Nestlé Group in specific business area

- Coordination with RBS for issue resolution in specific business area

- Maintain super user network

- Provide assistance in the delivery of super user/end user training

Key Functional Skills
1. Understand Business Excellence experience in relevant process stream / functional area

2. General skill on technical specification, configuration for the primary process stream / functional area

3. Project Management skills; Co-ordinate all deployment initiatives within the project and ensure relevant issues are communicated, addressed and resolved. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans

4. Understanding of IS/IT security and compliance principles
Effective communication skills to be able to liase with key stakeholders and data team across the businesses.

5.Awareness of integration areas with other process steams (i.e. Supply Chain, Commercial, Manufacturing and Finance).

6.Self ability sort out and solve situations in responsible area.
Active collaboration in project management and various projects as a key member.

7.Is recognized by internal customers and colleagues as reliable service provider partner.
