职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
Develop business strategy and review current practices, workload and diversity.
Review team structure and identify any areas for further employment, both operationally & sales.
Identify prospect trade lanes and help introduce and integrate new overseas partner relationships.
Help build and improve communications with own overseas offices
Review of current supplier base in order to improve service and to save cost
Look at e-commerce opportunities and investment
Motivate & inspire the team to reach their full potential

Financial Responsibilities:
Checking and reporting final financial figures
Actively thinking of new commission base structures to improve targeted results
Pushing the teams through Sales strategy to meet goals & objectives
Report pricing issues to help cost analysis
Staff Management:
Monitor staff performance and help develop areas of weakness
Actively source staff in areas highlighted for development
Build strong sub-divisions. Air, Ocean & Supply Chain
Strategic Responsibilities:
Work alongside our Directors Internationally, to continue the growth and development of the business in Asia
