Job despription

- Work in all consulting project phases, from strategy planning to implementation 

- Develop new innovative solutions with our Fortune500 customers in electrification (electrical vehicle, battery, drones)  

- Bring in your expertise and work closely with our customers (focus aviation, automotive, telecommunication) 

- Conduct technical assessments and develop technical concepts 

- Take over the steering wheel and push our projects to success  

- Develop own innovative ideas for our product-portfolio 

- Improve processes in alignment with the customer 

- Build up an internal and external network 

- Take over a valuable role in our globally growing team

- Bachelor or above in engineering degree, ME, E/E, CS, EV related major preferred 

Requirement:

- Min. 5 years relevant work experiences, e.g. as project / program manager in electrical vehicle OEM, lead engineer or technical advisor 

 -  Good understanding of global & Chinese EV market and trends. 

- Experiences in working with launching a new EV program, model definition, market entry strategy, supply chain strategy and management. 

- High ability to communicate and work in teams 

- Have experience in managing people, be a thought leader. 

- Strong entrepreneurial mindset ? Advanced MS Office skills 

- Fluent in English  

- High willingness to travel and be flexible
