Major Responsibility

1.     Contribute to presenting product marketing strategies for the assigned product line in collaboration with global teams.

2.     Monitor the effectiveness of product marketing strategies and marketing programs in China Region.

3.     Collect and Analyze marketing data. Provide solid reports.

4.     Assess value, plan, and coordinate presence at key industry meetings. Develop sales educational/promotional pieces as appropriate: Initiate/manage/implement publications/ competitive comparisons to support business strategy as appropriate.

5.     Work with Finance, Marketing Manager, Directors and Regional Managers to provide business analysis and support development of PLAN and Update.

6.     Train sales force on products, positioning, competition as well as appropriate usage of product-related marketing collaterals.

7.     Support the sales force with customer visits, product demonstrations, local meetings and symposia.

8.     Provide support over marketing intelligence activities as defined in the annual marketing plan and support any Global Strategic Marketing activities such as perception surveys, pricing surveys etc.

9.     Assist in exploring new market opportunities for treatment and helping define and develop customer user interfaces.

Qualifications

Required:

1.     BS degree in Mech/Elect/Biomedical/Physic/Radiation Tech etc. MBA preferable.

2.     At least 3-5 years related experience, preferred experience in LINAC marketing or product management.

3.     Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking and analysis of market conditions.

4.     Expertise on PPT, EXCEL, WORD and other office software.

5.     Experience working with global teams

6.     Self-starter with strong attention to detail

7.     Global Marketing experience is a plus

8.     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
