Functional area:

• Build MRO distributor network and portfolio from scratch based on different target industries;
• Establish and maintain good relationships with key distributors and key platforms;
• Collaborate and coordinate nationwide with Wuerth MRO sales force as well as MRO platform teams (EHSY, ZKH, Sunning, Leading, Colip, etc.);
• Lead 4 regional MRO channel managers who cooperate with local platform sales teams and local distributors;
• Work hand in hand with Wuerth E-Commerce Platform team and convert MRO platform leads into sales --> MRO punch-out activation;
• Select right channel (Platform/Distributor) for each end-customer in cooperation with Wuerth China Key Account Management;
• Give market feedback and requirements to Wuerth internal support functions in order to accelerate support structure change.

• Bachelor's Degree;
• 10-15+ years sales experience within a MRO channel sales model;
• At least 5 years' experience within a foreign MRO brand (3M, SATA, Stanley, etc.) AND/OR 5 years within a Chinese MRO platform company;
• Vast experience, network and good relationships within the Chinese MRO market. (MRO Distributors, MRO Platforms like Sunning, Leading, Colip, EHSY, ZKH, etc.);
• MRO product knowledge;
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
