职位： HR Specialist

工作职责

1. Execute all HR-related processes (on-boarding/off-boarding/job change/contract renewal/compensation review…etc.), partnering closely with HRBP, IT, Finance, Legal and other company function stakeholders to ensure a smooth, efficiency and quality process

2. Ensure the accuracy of all employee data across systems, all documents are prepared, signed and collected in a timely manner

3. Proactively challenge the state quo and provide professional suggestion on improvement initiatives and make it happen as a change agent in the organization

4. Handle various employment certificates/letters

5. Provide support to the employees’ Shanghai residence permit and Hukou application. 

6. Administrate on employee p-file;

7. Undertake any other duties assigned by Line Manager.

要求

1. Bachelor Degree or above

2. 3-5 years working experience in Related HR fields

3. Good communication in both Mandarin and English

4. Microsoft Office proficient

5. Strong sense of accountability, detail oriented, quick learner and team player

6. Being people-oriented, customer focus, confident and self-motivated

7. Work independently with general supervision

8. Working experience in HR shared service is a plus

9. System experience on Workday is a plus
