职位描述
Job Tasks:
1.Being a consultant on SAP HCM solution, you join, follow, and coordinate in necessary cases, efficiently and effectively, in IT system operations to support correct and on time payments for the employees though the external BPO
2.As a member of an international team in HR-IT you occasionally act as the backup of regional manager to take responsibility for the SAP HCM on-premise system for 5 countries in APAC region
3.Follow emergency and escalation processes to identify technical risks for the purpose of ensuring a stable system
4.Consult and contribute technically in the implementation of all employees’ master – and transactional – data topics especially for payroll and time management solutions in a professional manner and with high quality
5.Coordinate and work together with team members including external consultants, both on-site and remotely, across multiple countries, cultures and languages
6.Trouble shooting and analysis on technical issues raised by internal business partners
7.Fix critical incidents and achieve change requests together with external consultants
8.Complete data mapping process using PU12 tool in SAP on-promise system
9.Fix authorization and user group/role issues and requests in SAP on-premise system
10.Configurate data mapping & implement data migration for strategic transformation project of SuccessFactors EC roll-out
11.Design and propose technical solutions for new business requirements within a cross-functional organization
12.Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support for IT functionality requirements which need cross-collaboration within Vitesco IT organization
13.Build documentation on technical configurations and settings based on defined implementation scope and ongoing knowledge transfer for the future support organization
Job Requirements:
1.Academic degree in computer science, business management or related field with focus on IT
2.2+ years technical working experiences on SAP HCM projects
3.Strong skill in PA/OM configuration and master data operation
4.Good skill on HR ABAP development in both classic and object
5.Good understanding on SAP payroll and time configuration and customizing
6.Technical knowledge on SuccessFactors Employee Central, Talent & Recruiting Management desirable
7.Strong communication skill and high commitment to work and ability on team working
8.Structured, analytic, strategic and self-dependent way of working
9.Fluent English in both writing and speaking
