职位描述

Business

Warehouse procedure/SOP – Set up and maintain the relevant procedure in warehouse for smooth operation to support company business.
Manage the warehousing operations throughout China, including onsite warehousing, offsite finished goods warehousing, and offsite raw material warehousing, delivering warehouse KPI in term of stock level, damages and cost of operation.
Ensure compliance of all procedures and proper documentation in raw material receiving, inventory management, and finished goods dispatch both on the shop floor level. All records to be updated to SAP system
Manage WM module in SAP system
Manage third party warehouse to balance cost with service and efficiency, driving high awareness of EHS and food safety on external warehouse service provider.
Actively implement high standard of EHS&S and food safety within all warehouse and logistic operation.
Studies of bag leaking issues, work closely with sister company to sort up the issues
Drive every opportunity for cost saving and improve efficiency within supply chain and company

Agility and Innovation

Reduce manual work and waste at warehouse by setting up process to coordinate with production to preprint the special label and management of this stock in the warehouse.
Standardized current packaging recycle program, set up hygiene monitoring process and improve its effectiveness
Lead or involves in supply chain key improvement and LSS program

Relationships and People

Lead warehouse team, ensure high morale and continues improvement of team engagement
Team building – Train team member from warehouse process, Safety and Hygiene and their performance assessment.
Coordination – Keep good relationship with other within internal and external customer to drive customer satisfaction.

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:

College degree or equivalent ·
Ability to communicate and write in both English/Chinese language
Three years warehouse management -related background is preferred; with logistic certificates is preferable but not mandatory
Possess knowledges in Lean Six Sigma
SAP/ERP experience will be advantages
Skill in using Excel, Word, PPT, Internet. If can proficient in using Power BI, Python, Matplotlib, Seaborn etc. tools for data analysis will be preferred
