职位描述

Functional area/职责

Responsible for Cargo Industry business development and maintenance负责交通运输业务开发及维护,如轨道交通、机场、港口码头、船舶、卡车、工程机械、特种车辆、公交及运输车辆
Timely and accurate communication of corporate policy及时准确传达公司政策,公平公正地贯彻公司的管理制度
Distribution of regional sales targets, leading regional sales staff to complete the sales tasks assigned by the company分配区域的销售指标,带领区域销售人员完成公司分配的销售任务 
Responsible for the maintenance of key customers in the region, managing and maintaining the stability of key accounts and the establishment of good customer relationship负责区域内关键客户的维护,管理和保持重点客户的销售业绩的稳定和良好客户关系的建立 
Make development plans of new customers负责制定区域内新客户开发的工作计划 
Collect, monitor and check the sales reports. Communicate with the sales staff to develop the relevant work plan and follow up on the implementation of the work plan收集销售人员报表,监督和检查报表完成的情况。根据报表反映的情况,及时与销售人员沟通制定相应的工作计划,并针对工作计划实施跟踪,检查和汇总,并及时汇报工作状况
Analyze the sales of regional customers, collect the successful cases, and promote the successful sales experience分析区域客户的销售情况,收集成功案例,推广销售成功经验
Work arrangement and training of new sales staff新销售人员的工作安排和培养
Based on the requirement of Sales Director, complete the work arrangement 根据销售总监的要求,完成各项工作安排
Prepare the regional sales staff recruitment plan, arrange sales area of sales personnel, and make personnel adjustment plan if necessary, in order to achieve efficient allocation of regional customers制定区域销售员的招聘计划,合理安排销售人员的销售区域,并在必要的情况下提供人员调整计划,从而实现区域客户的有效配置 
Provide effective management of an active guide to the daily work of the regional sales staff落实对区域销售人员日常工作的有效管理和积极指导 l  Motivate and encourage sales team, establish a good team atmosphere, and organize team building when necessary以身作则,激励和鼓励团队销售人员,建立良好的团队氛围,适时组织团队建设
Actively listen to the views and suggestions from team members, timely feedback to the superior, to avoid the influence on team morale积极听取团队员工的意见和建议,及时反馈上级,避免对团队士气的影响
Provide positive suggestions and ideas for the company and management of division, so that the company and the division systems or policies are more reasonable and effective对于公司和部门的管理制度,提供积极的建议和主张,使公司和部门的制度或政策更为合理和有效 
Complete other works assigned by the company in a responsible way认真负责完成公司分派的其它工作             


Requirements/任职要求

College certificate or the above大专及以上学历

Major in Science or Engineering理工科专业毕业

Logistics, Truck, Construction Machinery, Airport and Seaport industry experience is preferred物流、商用车、工程机械、航运、机场及港口等行业经验优先

At least 8 years of working experience in sales至少在销售方面有8年工作经验

More than 3 years of experience in direct sales industry and management with practical sales experience, strong on-site problem solving skills具有3年以上直销行业工作和管理及销售实战经验,较强的现场问题解决能力

Good communication, organization and time management skills, effective arrangement of work and timely feedback良好的理解沟通和组织及时间管理能力,具备有效安排工作并积极提供反馈的工作素养

Strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit, can work under certain pressure具有较强的责任感和团队合作精神,能承担较大的工作压力

Good understanding , observation and logical thinking ability良好的理解力和观察力及逻辑思维能力

Good adaptability and coordination skills良好的适应能力和协调能力

Good verbal and writing skills良好的口头表达能力和书写能力
