职位描述
1. 对当班各条生产线的生产准备的检查，确定物料、系统、机器、工具、产品规格和人员是否准备适当，及时处理或汇报问题给主管/计划/品管；
2. 对当班的生产情况进行检查,设备效率(OEE>70%),产品质量(Yield >99.7%),OTD(>99.5%),离线检验等，如有异常及时按相关规定进行处理或通知品管或主管协助处理.
3. 跟进并指导产品更换，检查确定相关设定，负责关键测量仪器工具的使用和保管情况的确认 (年度重要仪器意外坏损少于等于2件)
4. 处理操作员无法解决的设备故障的初步分析和处理，必要时联系相关过程工程师；
5. 跟进操作员操作是否符合规范，员工工作状况和请假/出勤的审查等；
6. 对新操作员培训与相关单位进行统筹安排,并进行一线培训和指导.
7. 生产员工排班的安排,沟通与协调.
8. 现场相关问题的***联系人和负责人；
9. 与其他班别的领班紧密合作共同达成产量/品质/交期/机台OEE/生产损耗等各项KPI目标；
10. 作为管理层与基层员工的桥梁,上传下达,及时反馈员工诉求,辅以恰当激励,提升团队整体实力,形成团队的向心力,并带领团队协力达成共同目标。
岗位要求：
- 了解产品生产流程及生产设备性能；
- 掌握如何对每日/线的人员状态、人员培养及过程异常问题的解决管理；
- 熟悉过程质量的监控；
- 熟悉安全生产、现场5S管理；
- 了解ISO9001、ISO14001体系；
- 能倒班。
注：本岗位在正式上岗前，需要到广州工厂培训2-3周。
