Key Responsibilities:

  

As part of Accounts Payable team (I-Expense), perform accounting activities which comply with group policy, China regulations and FSSC standards in a timely and accurate manner within the following scope:

  

1. Strictly check in employee’s expense reimbursement request and supporting according to company policy.

  

2. Efficiently and timely communicate with employee to resolve issues, such as: rejection Reimbursement and payment on hold issues.

  

3. Actively participate in internal and external audits to provide required information.

  

4. Enforce ethic & compliance policy including 3rd Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy.

  

5. Other jobs assigned by supervisor.

  

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in accounting.
2 Accounting experience with international company, Oracle system experience preferred.
3. Good at Excel and other office software, Good communication skills.
4 Be able to communicate in English, both oral and written.
5 Self-motivated, can work under pressure.
6 Experienced in finance share service center is preferred.
