The Customer Quality Engineer will be based in Zhuhai .

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:
? Review yield loss, highlight top issue and cooperate with function team to solve problem in time.
? Customer quality activity, support customer onsite line tour, close the findings.
? Quality control and sustaining. Continuous improvement.
? Review customer quality requirement, transfer to internal executive WI and criteria document.
? Implement IPQC, OQC, OBA audit, line buyoff, ensure all process comply the SOP, product meet customer requirement.
? RMA process implementation.
? Internal and external compliance audit support.
? Reliability activity implement, including ORT, ALT, follow failure analysis.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):
? 3+ year relative quality experience in electronic industry.
? Process Capability and control implemented well (Cp, CpK, SPC-Control Chart).
? Ability to figure out quality plan and control plan, review PFMEA.
? Good skill and experience in problem solving: 8D, CAR…
? Good communication skill with cross function and customer, writing and oral English are required.
? Preferring experience in acoustic product: headset, TWS Earbud…
? Result-oriented, Proactively.
