Task Description
职位描述：

Management of contract, agreement and other related documents
合同、协议及其它相关文件管理
Support the bidding process of customer projects
协助进行客户项目的竞投标工作
Collect, sort and manage all kinds of business documents
各种商务单据收集、整理及装订管理
Communicate with customers to understand customer requirements
和客户进行前期项目沟通，了解客户要求
Follow up of customers project requests, according to market situation, keep very good business relationship with customers
根据市场情况，对客户进行有效的跟踪，与客户保持良好的商业关系
Other duties assigned by manager
配合完成经理安排的其他日常工作


Requirements:
岗位要求：

Bachelor degree or above, major in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration are preferred
本科及以上学历，市场营销，经济学或工商管理专业优先考虑
Good communication and interpersonal skill
优秀的沟通能力和人际交往能力
Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and quick learner
有强烈的责任感，工作积极主动，拥有快速学习能力
Work 4-5 days a week
一周能工作4-5天
Fluent English speaking and writing
流利的英语听说读写能力
Proficient in computer skill, including word, excel, PPT, etc.
熟练使用办公软件，如Word, Excel, PPT
