Task description:
职位描述：
- According to the customer’s requirements to make the dimensional standard of the automotive interior and exterior components；
根据客户需求确定车身内外饰零部件尺寸；
- Responsible for the calculation of GD&T；
负责尺寸链计算；
- Analyze feasibility of production process, make dimension chains of car body；
通过分析制造可行性来完成车身尺寸链的工作；
- Responsible for check of the measuring plan from suppliers, and Edit of measuring plan for customer
负责测量方案的审核；
- With the help of the analysis of dimension chain, improve the technology to correspond the dimensional standard by improving the structure of components with other departments such as production and technology departments.
借助尺寸链分析，与产品，工艺等部门通过优化零件结构，改进工艺以满足尺寸配合标准.
Requirements：
任职要求：
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering or any other comparable final degree;
机械工程，电子工程，汽车工程或相关专业的本科及以上学历；
- dimensional chain using experience is preferred；
有运用尺寸链的丰富经验；
- familiar with the requirements of the product mechanical design；
了解产品机械设计要求；
- analyze the quality problems according to the data of the products；
能够根据产品的数据来进行质量问题分析；
- Strong communication skill.
