Responsible for technical concept and lead the car development projects
带领团队完成技术方案，参加汽车主机厂的产品研发项目
Communication with customer about technical requirements
与客户的业务部门进行沟通和协调，了解客户汽车研发项目的需求
Trace the implement process of the development project, monitor the efficiency of the project;
跟进项目开发执行进度，监控项目执行力度
Develops the Engineering Team
发展工程师团队
Organize the new project quotation
参加新项目的报价
Keep the project in line with timing, quality and cost
确保项目满足时间进度，质量和成本要求
Other project management work relates to automotive R & D ‘s management.

任职要求：
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering or any other comparable final degree
机械工程，电子工程，汽车工程或相关专业的本科及以上学历
More than five years’ experience in automotive R&D department
五年以上汽车行业产品研发经验
Project management of the automotive R&D department is preferred
有汽车行业研发部门的项目管理经验优先
Familiar with the development process of the automotive exterior, interior, electric and electronic, chassis, BIW or engine
熟悉汽车外饰件, 内饰件, 电子电器，底盘，白车身或发动机的研发流程
Fluent English written and spoken
能讲流利的英文
Good communication skills
具有良好的沟通协调能力
Creativity for technical solutions
具有解决技术问题的创新能力
