Responsibilities:

You will report to Department Head and assist to manage the functions and drive the business of outsourcing and advisory in Finance and Accounting. You are required to lead a team of professionals and manage a diversified portfolio of clients.

1. To develop Accounting solutions and provide Accounting strategy planning and advisory services to mid markets and internationally active companies across a diverse range of industries in China

2. To develop practical solutions and resolve client’s business issues using your strong communication and interpersonal skills

3. Maintain and expand relationship with clients and proactive to client’s requirements.

4. Responsible for assist our client to set up the proper accounting procedures applied in compliance with legislation in force

5. To build a team in delivering various Accounting Advisory services

6. To develop the fundamental working competency and capability of the team; appropriate delegation, coaching and mentoring of staff

7. Any other assignment as assigned from time to time by the management of the Company

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree, Finance or Accounting related

Relevant certificate of intermediate accountant Preference;

at least 5 years full-time related working experiences in CPA firm, or an accounting outsourcing team in an accounting/consulting firm or similar role experiences

Fluent in Chinese GAAP, IFRS and China tax law

Highly analytical, problem solving skills, team-oriented and self-motivated professionals

Deadline driven and ability to work well under pressure

Able to converse professionally in English and Chinese
