职位描述
1.Handling all incoming calls professionally, taking messages upon necessity and urgency, send weekly updates.
2.Responsible for receiving visitors and arrange appropriately, make sure visitors are registered in the log book and send the weekly updates. Representing company images as the first contact for visitors.
3.Update the internal telephone directory on timely basis.
4.Manage in and out express delivery and make proper record.
5.Manage internal conference call.
6.Internal and external storage room daily management and PO creation.
7.Responsible for admin monthly bill check and regular PO creation, seek approval and correct job code in align with Financial policy.
8.AMEX card application documents review, SOF form collection.
9.Responsible for meeting room reservation.
10.Responsible for office printing material such as business card, envelope and work-book, 11.design check(in align with marketing head), make sure to get the finished product on time and related PO creation.
12.Assist department head and VP on flight, hotel booking and transportation if necessary.
13.Assist in company benefit operation.
14.Magazine, waste sell and record maintenance.
15.Assist office manager on company event organization.
16.Other work assigned by office manager.
