JOB PURPOSE

• Handling Sea Export Transportation
• Provide quality service to the client
• Well organize Sea Export operation coordination
• Support business development of domestic and overseas

• Follow up with the sale lead from overseas and approach the supplier / shipper for the booking
• Send booking to destination office/controlling office to check for the green light and shipping instruction
• Proceed the booking with carrier upon the instruction
• Coordination with local vendors and shipper for container stuffing and export declaration
• Close monitoring and cargo tracing till on board
• Timely update to overseas in case of any issue in local, which is at risk for shipment postpone specially
• Full compliance on data requirement in Pegasus (events/3rd parties etc) upon KPI.
• Full compliance on SOP requirement for the clients with special instruction
• Responsible for the input of cost and selling in Pegasus, within 2 days after vessel departure.
• Check the billing and close the JF within 5 days after vessel departure.
• Train and guide the Operation Assistant during the daily working
• Timely email reply manner (0.5 working day for local and 1 working day for overseas)
• Good team work player and support each other when required.
• Full implementation on new instruction or adjustment from the management team.
• Send the SOA/Draft debit note to the customer or overseas
• Checking both MBL and HBL with the supplier and overseas
• Issue the invoice/debit note once get approval
• BL released once get the payment
• Follow up AR
• Other tasks assigned by manager

• College degree or above
• Strong responsibility and good team work player
• Fluent at oral and written English
• 1~4 years working experience in forwarding industry
• Able to work under pressure
• Good at the communication and sense of customer service
