RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

    

• Ensure that the work is undertaken to the required standard in accordance with the company Integrated Quality Management system and other relevant requirements such as Project’s.
• Ensuring and maintaining that work activities are performed with highest standard of HSE, Quality Control and Assurance.
• Responsible for general QC activities including but not limited to:

    

？  incoming material inspections related to the discipline.

    

？  visual inspection.

    

？  inspection of surface preparation, coated or painted surfaces

    

？  ensure compliance with specified purchase requirement.

    

• Assist, review and if required preparation of EPC’s Quality plan manual, inspection & test plan and Quality procedures, and all pertained QA/QC documentation prior to commencement of the work.
• Witness and monitor suppliers / vendors work activities, PQT, inspection and test plan in accordance with the approved Quality manual, ITP and Quality procedure for blasting and painting.

    ·         Interface with the discipline engineer, construction  engineer, and inspectors in a professional manner.    

    

AUTHORIZED TO

    

• Stop unsafe work.
• Accept, Reject or Stop inspection based on professional result.

    

·        Issue NCR and monitor its closure.

    

    

REQUIREMENTS

    

Education / Training

    

• Min. High school diploma, bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred
• Must possess a certification in painting / coating inspection (NACE Level 3 or level 2).
• Able to read and understand Engineering Drawings.
• Knowledge of Architectural Pin Stud welding, Doors, Doors Frame, Wall Panel, Belly Pan, Insulation material installation.

    

    

Work Experience

    

• Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Fabrication include FPSO Quality field. – corrosion protection coating in offshore & marine environment.
• Language : English (fluent), Chinese (fluent).
• IT skills : MS-Office.
• Provide Health Certificate.
• Professional Conduct
