Job Summary:

Serves as the point of contact for managers and candidates throughout the hiring process. Partner with hiring managers, and other members of HR team, to develop effective and efficient recruitment strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish human resource recruitment planning and define the talent acquisition strategies align with company business goals; 

2. Engage with hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of the client group and the associated talent acquisition needs and challenges at a function-wide as well as at a role-specific level;    

3. Responsible for headhunting the senior- & middle-level talents, attract potential talents from external to enhance management capability;    

4 .Design and monitor key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, improve the recruitment efficiency to meet the recruitment deadline to support rapid business growth;    

5. Improve the talent identification and selection methodology, develop effective assessment tools;   

6. Improve and increase the quality of the talent pool;    

7. Lead and manage short-term projects or participate in larger University level projects as a project member.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree;

2. More than 10 years working experience in HR and at least 5 years focusing on talent acquisition. Headhunter background is preferred;

3. Proven experience sourcing and recruiting active and passive candidates  through innovative sourcing strategies, social and job-networking sites and  events;

4. Language: Native in Mandarin and workable English;  

5. Computer Skills: Proficient at Office software like Word, Excel, PPT  

6. Travel Frequency: less than20%  

7. Knowledge:  

- Good interview skills and mapping skills   

- Recruitment experience ideally both in-house and agency recruitment or RPO;   

- MNC training and development field qualifications will be a plus;   

8. Other traits we are looking for:
