MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Duties
Creates demand for the channel by creating specifications through developing or strengthening relationships with owners, designer, and contractors, to influence the selection and purchase of Dextra building product.
To assist the local sales manager to achieve department targets by meeting or exceed sales volume.
To assist group sales team to achieve sales target for oversea China projects.
Responsibilities
Responsible for sales performance in nuclear, precast, Geotech, bar system and CRP.
Offer customer technical support during the whole sales process.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical knowledge of the specific product, applications, features, advantages and benefits.
Obtain specifications and approvals at design institutes, owners and engineering company work on oversea project targeted to result in sales opportunities or increased sales.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the competitive products and their activity in the market place and provide a report on a monthly basis.
Collects and shares market and business insight on competitors, trends, product opportunities or other strategic information that will help meet business goals.
Functional expert on competitive products; understanding their strengths and weaknesses.
Manage special cross departments’ projects.
Sales event supporting

To apply sales skills in the job following suitable process adapted to the context
To write, review, improve the contract, propose to management and handle with clients
To seek for business opportunities, identify and develop business
To set up prices in a competitive manner based on the market/project/product price
To collect and analyze information on a specific market, customers, projects etc.
To develop, propose and communicate sales strategy and goals to support the business’ mission on medium- and long-term results
To identify the best and efficient terms of transportation and cost such as CIF, DDP, LC, DLC Bonds, etc.
To implement financial components for a suitable contract closing after negotiation: terms of payment, bank account, etc.,
To make effective phone calls and meeting in order to open the door for right contact persons in a company/project and convince them to enter into a business relation
To prepare all selling materials before the presentation in order to be nice, sharp & attractive then to conduct the presentation in front of lots of people
To define the main players (customers, competition) and projects in the market(s), construction habits, price levels, tendencies etc.
To build up new structures for successful business and/or support existing structures to become more successful depending on different cultures and markets,
To build up and maintain fruitful personal relations with key personnel of customers to support long term satisfaction
To negotiate with a customer about a sales opportunity without losing track of the overriding objective of increasing profitability
To organize his business travelling so as to optimize the quantity and quality of customer contacts, balancing costs and efficiency
To adapt and deal with different types of people (customers) and know how to adapt his own behavior to suit them in a good way
To implement research process on customers in his area of responsibility, the key contact persons, structure, focus, strengths, weaknesses, habits
MARKETING & PUBLISHING:
To prepare and deliver impacting presentations and speeches to external parties.
To organize Dextra presence on exhibitions, identify and coordinate with local suppliers, to coordinate shipments in a timely manner and deliver perfect execution for the teams that will attend event.
To analyze customer needs, challenges and technical construction applications, to drive Dextra's offer to meet those expectations in an impacting manner.
