职位描述：
1、理解公司水务平台的业务需求并进行技术分析;
2、根据UX的界面设计，完成前端界面的开发，并配合后台人员的调试;
3、跟踪最新的前端技术和标准（HTML5），持续优化前端，以提高前端的用户体验及性能;

岗位要求：
1. 5年以上Web前端开发经验;
2. 精通HTML,JS,SCSS，熟悉H5和CSS3, ES6，对Web标准和标签语义化及模块化有一定理解,有针对不同浏览器编写前端的经验;
3.精通Angular2框架，深入理解其设计原理；有React/Vue经验优先，掌握NGRX类库;
4. 熟悉模块化、编译和构建工具（如grunt、webpack等）
5. 熟悉前后端交互方式以及http通信，熟悉代码管理流程与协同开发;
6. 熟悉当前各种流行应用，在交互开发、用户体验等方面有自己的见解，能主动根据业务需要，提出合理的交互方案;

7. 责任心强，具备良好的团队合作精神.

8. 英文读写流利，可以和国外团队进行简单的技术沟通；
