Main Responsibilities：

1. Follow up the delivery of raw material and packaging material according to material planning.

2. Implement all raw material and packaging material delivery process,e.g.placing raw/packaging material orders, material warehousing, issue monthly reports.

3. Maintain documentation of raw material and packaging material, issue internal approval vouchers for order and payment.

4. Timely update and maintain raw material and packaging material inventory data in SAP.

5. Support logistics operation with the collection and proper accounting of freight documentation (delivery notes, pictures etc).

6. Other Ad Hoc Tasks in Logistics and Warehousing.

Main Qualification：

1. Bachelor or above，subject in chemistry or related discipline.  

2. Fresh graduate is acceptable.

3. Basic English skill in writing and reading.

4. Basic knowledge of MS office software.

5. Positive thinking, willing to learn and take more responsibilities.

6. Honest, good integrity, capable of team work.  

主要职责：

1. 根据物料计划，跟进原材料和包装材料的交付情况。

2. 实施所有原材料和包装材料的交付流程。如下达原材料/包装材料订单，入库，出具月度报告。

3. 维护原材料和包装物的文件，签发订单和付款的内部批准凭证。

4. 及时更新和维护SAP中原材料和包装物的库存数据。

5. 支持物流操作，收集并正确核算货运单据(送货单，图片等)。

6. 其他物流和仓储方面的任务。

主要要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，化学或相关专业。

2. 应届毕业生可以接受。

3. 基本的英语读写能力。

4. 基本的MS officel软件操作能力。

5. 积极思考，愿意学习和承担更多的责任。

6. 诚实、正直、有团队合作精神。
