? Assist retail head to develop and implement retail store strategies.

? Facilitate, monitor and upgrade store management principles and process (store set up/close, daily operation, etc.) 

? Analyze retail business status and needs, provide regular report with high accuracy and efficiency.

? Work closely with internal related teams to deliver strong retail service. 

? Communicate with cross function teams, to be a good bridge of stores and HQ. 

任职要求：

? Good understanding of retail store operation 

? Good understanding of budget control and tracking 

? Project management skills

? Data analysis skills.

? Excellent communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English

? Passionate and down to earth 

? More than 8 years relevant experience

? University degree or above
