This is only possible with strong IT support, solutions and infrastructure in place. Our IT team is responsible for a consistent and reliable service delivery to fulfill this mission.

YOUR ROLE

This role will provide additional support for tasks outside of our IT Shared Service Centre and is based in Shanghai.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the Shared Service Centre to diagnose and resolve hardware/ software issues
• Manage user accounts in various operating systems
• Monitor the performance of vendors and ensure agreed service standards are delivered
• Be responsible for organizing IT assets
• Perform daily routine tasks, including computer maintenance, office automation devices, server room and conference facilities etc.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

To be considered, you should have at least 2 years’ experience in IT infrastructure or service support. You are proficient in Windows operating systems and additional Cisco certifications are advantageous. Good command of spoken Mandarin and English is highly preferred.
