职位描述
1. Responsible product scope: electric vehicle and plug-in hybrid vehicle motor drive systems, including motors, inverters and transmission device; 48V light to medium hybrid P0/P2/P4 motor drive system; high and low voltage DC/DC converters; high voltage battery management system and 48V battery system;
2. As the system owner of the product, organize product demand assessment, compile system and component specifications, define product architecture, perform system integration and calibration, prepare product verification specifications and customer specifications;
3. Responsible for coordinating other engineering discipline functions (mechanical, electronic, software, testing and analysis) to ensure the timely completion of the results, to ensure that the results are submitted on time and quality, and pass the system's internal and customer validation and product approval.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, automotive, mechatronics, electrics and electronics, automation, computer technology or other related
2. ? More than 5 years of experience in product development of electric drive or control system, or battery system for electric and hybrid vehicles, experience in similar products’ development or relevant product system engineering is preferred
3. Strong technical communication ability, fluent in spoken English, and skill in other languages of German, Japanese, Korean etc. is a plus.
4. Familiar with auto parts product development approval system and product development project management process
5. Familiar with the system development life cycle “V” model methodology: from system requirements engineering to technical solution definition to system verification
6. Familiar with DFSS methodology and tools: VOC, QFD, FMEA, DRBFM, DOE, experimental data statistics and analysis, etc.
7. System requirements engineering capability, creating system and component requirements specifications, system customer specifications and system verification specifications based on customer requirements
8. Possessing system integration capability, able to decompose system requirements containing mechanical components, electromagnetic components and electronic controllers, and to integrate the solutions of mechanics, electromagnetics, electronics hardware and software into a system solution.
9. Capability of system modeling and simulation with MATLAB/Simulink, dSPACE-based HIL, etc., to realize multi-domain hybrid simulation of control algorithm, motor, mechanics, electronics and electrics; construction, debugging and operation of semi-physical simulation system and target software code generation; and assign optimized system component technical indicators based on system simulation to various sub-areas such as machinery, electronics, software, etc.
10. Ability to organize and direct system calibration and system testing
11. Ability to prepare system requirements specifications, system verification specifications, and system verification results analysis and summary
12. Possessing background knowledge of electrical and electronic systems thermal management, NVH and EMC, understanding of relevant technical specifications
