岗位职责：

l  负责审核并优化团队内组员排班。

l  负责指定客户的施工现场沟通、检查，填写并提交质量检查报告。

l  负责新客户作业安排、协助工作。

l  负责处理复杂客户投诉或指导课内组员进行客户投诉指导与跟踪。

l  负责客户档案信息的定期维护和更新。

l  审核课内组员计划、小结，提供客户所需的基本报告。

l  完成领导交办的各项临时事务，定期向上级领导汇报工作。

任职要求：

l  高中以上学历，20-40岁，有害生物防治从业资质证书；

l  会基本的办公软件，有一定的文档编辑能力；

l  思路条理清晰，具有良好的表达和沟通能力；

l  能吃苦，适应出差工作，脚踏实地，抗压能力强；

l  高度的责任感、目标感、为人诚实；
