职位描述
? Providing high quality Customer Service & daily Operations service
? Well coordinating between customers’ service requests with standard service guideline;
? Well coordinating daily Operations process, i.e. shipment arrangement/management, on-way situation monitoring with system supporting, external logistics service parties management, etc;
? Well filing all related documents
? Well communicating internally and externally
? College/Bachelor, preferably in in logistics/supply chain management fields
? CET-4 above, good command of both oral and written English
? Good knowledge in Microsoft applications; ? Mature, open-minded, customer-driven, with excellent problem solving skills; ? Good communication skills and team-work spirit
