1、广州市天河区珠江东路6号Analyze the Requirement for system enhancement or new applications build up, review or prepare business requirement, design, Functional Specification etc which defined in SCB Systems Delivery Framework (SDF)

2、Prepare Costs Estimation, Schedule and allocate tasks

3、Track project Activities to ensure quality delivery as per the schedule

4、Conduct peer reviews and review deliverables of sub-ordinate and monitor quality to ensure standards are followed

Application Production Support

1、Follow the Application Production Service Transition Framework ensure the deliverables fully review and test before handover to Production Support

2、Perform Maintenance work: Health Check and Housekeeping, Log Review, Version Control, Patch Deployment etc

3、Investigate incident to identify the issue and liaise with ITSC, other Internal/External Technology Team for resolution within SLA

4、Close Monitoring the system performance and identify the opportunity for improvement, propose to business

5、Liaise with other internal/external team for enhancement and support system change

6、Manage the Disaster Recovery and Drill Test per frequency defined in SLA and Relate Policies

7、Keep all the documents with updated version and quality.

Risk Management

1、Keep tracking updated policy, security testing result and provide solution and take actions to mitigate the risk.

2、Strictly comply SC Group Standard and Policy, take actions to close risk items and relate periodic review activities
