* Assist to develop MT channel strategy & annual channel plan 

- Assist to develop mid and long-term trade marketing strategies and plans for MT channel

- Develop the annual and the QCP trade marketing activities to push the business increase in MT

- Manage the trade spending and A&P that supports the business growth in MT channel in the year

* Transfer the trade marketing strategies into specific execution standard and push the trade marketing activities execution

- Develop Bluesky standards for MT channel, set up KPIs, review & evaluate the achieving rate monthly

- Develop QCP trade marketing activities according to marketing and sales objectives, allocation promotion resources and provide efficiency analysis for each activity

- Lead the project team in headquarter to produce Multi-pack product based on shopper insight, guide sales regions/NKAM to give forecast and follow up the shipment

- Work closely with regional KA & MT team to ensure well execution of trade marketing activities

* Develop NPD for MT channel according to marketing and sales objectives 

- Develop NPD display and interaction plan according to shopper behavior

- Review NPD performance (POS, display, promotions, etc.)
