职责：

1、负责BE教育与威雅学校的校友关系与事务，包括校友会与校友事务与服务的总体规划与策划，以及具体计划的实施；

2、根据集团总体的发展战略与市场战略，负责校友会体系的搭建，校友数据库的建立与维护，校友服务体系的建设；

3、负责校友会日常社区与社群的建立与维护，有效策划与组织线上线下校友活动；

4、负责校友职业发展服务体系的搭建，并且能利用集团内外相关资源，为海内外校友提供职业发展服务，包括并不限于职业发展规划建议、实习与就业支持等

5、负责建立并维系与具有代表性的优秀校友的关系，建立核心校友网络，为市场部门提供优质的校友故事

6、负责整合内外部资源，包括并不限于各集团与学校市场部，各相关学校等，以保证校友会的建设与发展

7、关注校友们的社交、升学、职业发展等需求，定期提出创新方案并进行实践

9、参与并执行公司及学校的相关品牌与市场活动

要求：

1、 大学本科以上学历，有海外留学背景，有英国留学背景者优先

2、 五年以上高端品牌市场相关工作经验，熟悉了解教育行业，并对国际教育有较深入了解

3、 具备优秀的活动策划与组织能力，具有战略思考与规划能力，有较强的市场敏感度

4、 优秀的中英文表达与沟通能力，极强的人际关系处理与协调能力，思维活跃，喜爱社交

5、 具有校友会组织、职业发展与企业合作等相关经验者优先

6、 具有极强的自我驱动性与团队合作精神，有良好的服务意识

Through the online 51 tutors service BE Education also offers classes in a full range of subject online delivered by talented teachers familiar with the British and American high school curriculums.
