KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develops a sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales target and profitability

- Managing & lead the Sales & Presales work to hit assigned target on the yearly basis
- 及管理售前工作和销售以实现年度目标。
- Ensure all sales activities properly recorded, analyzed and submitted on an accurate & timely manner
- 所有的销售活动妥善记录,分析,汇报提交,确保及时和准确。
- Successfully offer proposal and sell solution involving compelling value propositions based on cost/benefit analysis
- 成本/利益的有效分析,向客户成功的提供解决方案。
- Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty with customers

- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing proposal to prospect for approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin

QUALIFICATIONS:
任职条件:
- Degree or above in Mechanical & Engineering, with sufficient business and management education, incl. MBA
- 工程相关专业正规本科以上学历,并具备充分的商业及管理教育经历,如MBA等
- 10 years or above solid related sales working experience and 3 years or above as Senior level
- 年以上出色的销售工作经验,3年以上高级销售职位经历
- Good understanding of Compressor industry, particular middle or high pressure compressor. Familiar with blow molding network, with good reputation among the people.
- 熟悉空压机行业,特别是中高压机。熟悉吹瓶机领域并在业界具有良好的个人口碑。
- Excellent sales management from technical proposal as well as the ability to coach the sales process
- 的销售管理能力,包括提供技术方案以及推进整体销售流程
- Outstanding track record of successfully managing a large, complex sales and specialist organization that are geographically dispersed
- 管理大范围,专业性的多地域的复杂销售组织的出色业绩
- Strong communication skills of both oral and written, with logical thinking and rational analysis ability.
- 的口头和书面交流沟通能力,具备逻辑思维头脑和冷静分析能力
- Ability to speak conversational English & write is an advantage

- The proven ability to draft and implement successful sales plans that results in faster than market growth and increases in market share, along with an executive acumen for addressing complex competitive threats, manage multiple high priority activities, and make appropriate calls to advance the business in ambiguous situation
